PALLET PRODUCTION PROCESS AT HAI PHONG WOOD JOINT STOCK COMPANY

The pallet manufacturing process is strictly carried out through each stage. The raw materials used can be planted forest meat or industrial plywood depending on customer requirements

1. DESIGN PALLET AS CUSTOMERS' REQUIREMENTS
Depending on the purpose of use and the characteristics of the customer's goods, the technical department of Hai Phong Wood will conduct product design to ensure the most suitable features, load and economic efficiency.

2. PREPARATION OF MATERIALS
Raw materials for the production of pallets are mainly made from acacia, pine, trash and many other plantation woods.

The source of raw materials used by Hai Phong Wood Joint Stock Company always ensures clear origin and high quality.

3. PRODUCTION OF SELL-FINISHED PRODUCTS (COMPONENTS OF PRODUCTS)
The production of components is carried out by modern machinery (cutting, sawing, planing), ensuring the dimensions and strictly supervised by quality experts.

4. CLOSE THE COMPLETE PRODUCT
Components after being manufactured and processed to the right dimensions will be packed into finished products.

Pallets can be nailed with normal nails or twisted nails according to customers' requirements.

5. STEALTH HT
Products of Hai Phong Wood Company are guaranteed to be disinfected according to ISPM15 standards.
